RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If your product is incorrect or missing or damage, please contact us within 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY ALONG WITH THE UNBOXING VIDEO at letsglamorize@gmail.com
  • Without unboxing video, no complaint will be registered.
  • Please note that it is important for you to send us a picture of your Order Invoice (sent with your order). Failure to provide the order invoice will make us turn down your return/exchange request.
  • After verification of your claim, if valid, we will notify you through a call and initiate a pickup request from your address.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition (unused, with all seals and tags intact), together with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. All returned products are subject to an inspection at our warehouse to ensure that they are returned in their original condition.
  • We have the right to deny return/exchange if any of the above-mentioned condition(s) are not met.
  • If your request is approved, we will re-dispatch your order or in case of refund, will issue a voucher of the agreed amount, NO MONETARY REFUNDS will be made.
  • There will be no return/refund or exchange avialable on CLEARANCE ITEMS.
