    Authenticity Guarantee & General Disclaimer

    • We deal only in 100% original and authentic products, imported directly from trusted suppliers.

    • We are not the manufacturers of any items sold and therefore not responsible for product ingredients, formulations, or any allergic reactions or side effects.

    • It is solely the customer’s responsibility to:

      • Review ingredients and product details before purchasing.

      • Check independent reviews (such as on Google).

      • Ensure their skin is not allergic to any component in the product.

    We do not accept responsibility for any adverse skin or health reactions resulting from product use.


    Artificial Jewelry Disclaimer

    • We offer a selection of artificial jewelry sourced from Shein.

    • These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

    • Discoloration, fading, or dullness caused by moisture, sweat, or perfumes is not considered a defect.


    Return & Exchange Policy

    Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if all the following conditions are met:

    1. The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

    2. The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    3. You must email us at letsglamorize@gmail.com with:

      • A mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

      • A clear image of your order invoice (sent with your package).

    📌 No complaint will be processed without both the unboxing video and invoice.


    Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

    We will not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

    • Products that are opened, used, or unsealed.

    • Items that are not sealed by the manufacturer.

    • Artificial jewelry and clearance items.

    • Complaints submitted after 24 hours of receiving the order.

    • Returns based on change of mind, wrong shade/size, or incorrect expectations.

    • Orders refused at the time of delivery or marked undeliverable due to incorrect contact details.


    Sealed Product Sets Policy

    • Sealed sets (including skincare kits, makeup bundles, etc.) are non-returnable and non-replaceable once sold.

    • If any seal is broken, the entire set becomes ineligible for return or exchange.

    • Please read product descriptions carefully before purchase.


    Return & Refund Process

    Once a claim is submitted:

    1. Our team will verify the details.

    2. If approved, we will:

      • Schedule a pickup from your address.

      • Conduct a warehouse quality inspection upon return.

    3. If the return passes inspection, you will receive:

      • A replacement dispatch, or

      • A voucher/store credit for the agreed amount.

    📌 No monetary refunds (cash or bank transfers) will be provided.
    📦 Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


    Additional Notes

    Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

    • COD orders must only be placed if you intend to accept and pay upon delivery.

    • COD is only available for Karachi.
    • Refusing a COD order without valid reason will result in:

      • Blacklisting from future purchases.

      • Removal of COD option from your account.

    • Our courier makes up to 2 delivery attempts. Unaccepted parcels will be returned at your expense, with no refund or re-delivery.

    High-Value Orders (Rs. 20,000 or Above)

    • All orders valued at PKR 20,000 or more require a minimum 50% advance payment.

    • No such orders will be processed or dispatched without confirmed payment.

    • Remaining balance (if applicable) may be collected via COD (subject to approval).

    Active Phone Number Required

    • Our courier partners contact you via regular call only (not WhatsApp).

    • It is your responsibility to provide an active and reachable number.

    • Orders with unreachable contact numbers may be cancelled without notice.

    Order Verification

    • We may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm:

      • High-value orders

      • First-time COD customers

      • Suspicious or incomplete address information
